Debited twice without my consent
To whom it may concern,<br> I am absolutely horrified with the service I received from Wesbank. My debit order did not go off on the 25 February 2016. I then called Wesbank's collections division on the 01 March 2016 to make an arrangement. I spoke to Michael Harding and he advised that I must pay ion the additional amount of R800.00 over the next 3 months starting from the 25 March 2016. So my normal debit of R3576.78 would go off and I would pay via eft the additional amount of R800.00. I made my R800.00 payment on the 23 March as agreed and to my horror I have had R4659.68 debited of my account including another R800.00. I did not give Wesbank the authority to debit my account for any additional amounts and I am absolutely shocked at this. This puts me out for the month totally and I will now have debits bouncing on the 1st because of this pathetic service. am appalled and disappointed. I barely manage to make ends meet and now I have to deal with this too.
