Debited Twice in January

I bank with FNB and my car is financed under Wesbank. The debit order for car installment is R4 234.45 on the 25th of every month. This month I notice that Wesbank has debited my account twice for no apparant reason.

I contacted FNB to investigate and they confirmed that it was done twice and they suspect it's a ********** transaction. A gentleman by the name of Sipho Skhonyela assisted.

I have been asked to get a statement from the Police and they aren't sure when this matter will be resolved. I don't know how long this might take and to be frank, it shouldn't be my problem at all. The bank must refund what they wrongfully took from my account.

They abused my agreement with them and I shouldn't be inconvenienced by their ****s!
