Debited for a car not on my possession

I have a vehicle currently financed by Wesbank. The car was faulty and had to be returned to the dealer, Wesbank is aware of this a have spoke about the matter a later (2017) but still have not received any feedback but they still debiting my account. I have another car financed by another finance house this was done after the car was taken back to the dealer. Im no longer able to pay for 2 vehicles in which 1 I dont even use and its sent back to the dealer. I have had to reverse debit orders for this vehicle installment as there has been no feedback from Wesbank from the dealer bearing in mind that this is also affecting my credit record. I have received a correspondence stating I should collect the car since it has been fixed. How do I pay for 2 vehicles I can not afford that I have spoken to the dealer for sometime and had no response from them. I asked them for different options to get the matter settled but they did not want to reach a settlement hense I had to apply for another car. I left the car with them and did not get any correspondence from the dealer until Wesbank called me regarding a reversed debit order.

I would like Wesbank to attend to this as if I have the car with me and missed premiums they would have long repossessed the vehicle. I want all my money which has been debited and also my credit profile to be cleared.
