DEBITED ACCOUNT

I opened a cheque account with FNB in December, since I have had the account three strange transactions have gone through my account. I do have finance with Wesbank and my debit orders go through every month. My account was debited with R8 and then again with R7500 yesterday. Of course the R7500 didnt go through as their was not enough money in the account. The wesbank contract number being used is not my wesbank account and to add insult to injury I have had to pay R100 in rejected fees for something that is a mistake on their side. Also in December i had a strange transaction listed as \attempted"something or the other also in the R7000 range. Please can FNB with their division wesbank explain to me what is going on in this account ? I havent closed my old Bank account with ABSA so can very easily go back to using that one.
