Debit orders running after selling the vehicle and closing the vehicle finance

Greetings everyone,

I have foreclosed my vehicle finance account on 30th March and there was a monthly debit order ran on next day 31st March which is fine. But to get the refund, I had to call the customer support for multiple times. Finally I have received the refund on 27th April which is almost a month.

Most annoying thing is even after getting the refund, they have deducted another debit order on 30th April which is after 30 days of selling my vehicle and settling the account. Now I might need to wait a month to get my refund. I'm worried if this process continues for long.
