Debit order went off after arrangement was made!
I have specifically made arrangements for Oct debit order to be cancelled.I have made arrangements for the Sep and Oct debit order to be split over 3 months commencing from Nov but they still decided to debit me.Now I do not have money for the month after i have made this arrangement.I need this money reversed immediately!!!
