Debit order not reimbursed by Wesbank
Good day,
I recently went under Debt review so i decided to sell the car. The sale amount was settled in full by the dealer and proof of payment sent to Wesbank on the 22nd April 2021.
As i am On debt review there is a debit order that goes through monthly to them, this still came off after the car was settled and Wesbank was paid by Debt Rescue.
I called Wesbank to ask if they could reimburse me however they said i need to prove that payment was made. While on the phone, the call was dropped.
Please can someone help me with this? When i log into my account I see I am over 7 thousand in the positive? Also i would need a paid up letter please.
Thanks
