Debit Order Not Cancelled
Last month I called in to make an arrangement to pay my car in advance. I put the money in my account like I was advised and once it reflected I called in again to request to be put on cash payment. Consultant advised it has been done. Wesbank tried debiting R4000 and it bounced, I got charged a penalty fee. The positive balance in my account is being debited some funny little amounts I don't know for what!
I called in yesterday n spent R40 on airtime trying to fix their error. First consultant insisted on proceeding with an explanation and I told her I'm running out of airtime can she call back she said no. I said let me speak to a team leader because they can call back she said team leaders are not available. The phone cut... Second consultant thought my situation was funny and she was busy giggling in the background while I was trying to explain my dilemma, same story no Team Leader and the phone cut! Third consultant claimed to TRY get someone to call me back but clearly she didn't because nobody called me back!
How can all team leaders be unavailable and no second in charge person be appointed?!?! Then I still get laughed at by consultants?!?! My query is a joke to Wesbank?
