Debit Order debacle

My name is Gwendolyn Masango, I drive a Nissan NP200 1.6 financed by Wesbank. Two months ago I changed my bank from Capitec Bank to Nedbank, Nedbank requested Wesbank to migrate from Capitec to Nebank, Wesbank responded to say that they will debit my account at Nedbank on the 15th of April 2017. Now this went horribly wrong because Wesbank changed my banking details using another customer's account,
Wesbank debited R4287.84 from my Nedbank account on the 16th of April using this account number as reference ########### so in essence you payed somebody else' account with my money.
Wesbank then went on to debit R2835.70 from my Capitec account on the 19th of April 2017 to pay my Wesbank account.
In total, Wesbank has taken R7123.54 of my money in one month.
Now this is what I want Wesbank to do for me:
I want Wesbank to please change my banking details as initially requested, please debit your money from my NEDBANK ACCOUNT)using this account as reference #########. Please don't ever use the Capitec Account.
I want Wesbank to refund me the R4287.84, this money should be payed into my NEDBANK ACCOUNT.
I need this money before the end of business on Friday 21 April 2017 because if I don't get this money by then two things will happen:
My family will be homeless because Wesbank toke our rent money
My child will be kicked off school because Wesbank toke her school fees.

Qouted above is an email I sent to Wesbank, I have spoken to 5 consultants since Tuesday having to explain my situation 5 times (I've spent 55 minutes 44 Seconds using a cellphone to call them). The last consultant I spoke to said she will escalate my matter to her superious, she can't give a date on when will this matter be resolved. I want my money by friday 21/04/2017 because of the above stated reasons. I am very dissappointed at Wesbank because somebody did not do their work properly now me and family have to suffer.
