Deal not cancelled

Hi i purchased a car at Vdm auto and financing was done by Car finance corporation who did it through Wesbank. The car was in a huge front end accident and the dealer said they were going to cancel the deal and its been 6months now where im still paying for the car and the deals not cancelled. Can you please assist
