Day light *******
I bought a VW polo 2013 model in 2013 from VW in Heidelberg and been finance by Wesbank. This month (01 June 2019) was my last installment. The balance was R4080.96 so on the 3rd of June they received R4500. Today I call wesbank requesting a letter of confirmation that I'm no longer owing them they said I still have a balance of R7203.83 and according to my statement my balance was 4080.96. I got Tshepiso ref: ********** 4 and he was not good when coming to help me. I was asking him that I have a previous statement with me that confirm the balance and you could hear from the phone that he not willing to help me. Please hello Peter help me I have a proof of Statement that confirming my balance and the balance they have from their system is not the same as the montly statement. I trusted wesbank but really this is a day light *******.

Thanks for your help, this issue is now resolved I have received my documents ( paid up letter and certificate of registration including change of ownership forms). Still awaiting for refund, will inform you as soon as I received it.
