Customer is always right
I have been battling to get very important documents ( certification of registration) from Wesbank since yesterday (14Dec 2015) to cross the borders to Malawi and to get foreign currency. All the other consultants I dealt with made empty promises but Theresa. She rose above the rest and delivered what she promised to do. The certified copy of the document was emailed to me whilst I was still on the telephone with her. Thank you Theresa. You deserve the award for excellent customer service. Heidi Valentine-Oatway
