****** and false promises

My name is Steven Mphephu, i called wesbank and talk to Mohamed in october 2018 asking for a discount to settle my acount and they offered me the discount to pay over 3 months which is november december and january they even sent me a settlement letter and i kept my promise by paying the agreed amount but now they dont want to give me the paidup letter instead they busy calling me asking me to pay R26000 more, all i want is a paidup letter and for them to update my itc, some lady by the name Maria called me today 24/01/2019 around 09:50am and hung up the phone on me and thats the experience i always get when i try to call wesbank i asked to talk to mohamed or mpho since i made the agreement with them but no one wants to transfer me to them or give me their numbers, why is it so difficult to get a letter to say i finished paying my account?????????

Can someone please update my ITC, a lady called Tumelo called me saying my ITC was updated but all credit bureau confirmed that no request was received from wesbank, she **** to me and when i ask if we can both confirm with transunion she hung up the phone she keeps on saying i **** about itc confirmation, Wesbank i dont owe you anymore please update my details, why taking advantage of a black man? none of this would be happening if i was white, you dont care about poor and uneducated people but you do need their money. i kept my promise, so why is so difficult for you to keep your promise? instead you busy sending Tumelo to disrespect me
