WesBank are ******, I never though such an institution will steel money for the poor of the poorest. Okay, this is what happened. I was transferring money to my credit card account last month on the 25th. Just because my account are linked, i made mistake and transfer chunk of money to this ******. The i call them they said i must write an email and attach proof of payment of which i did same day. I waited for a week for my money to be refunded and til now my money is not yet refunded. I call this ****** many times and they keep on saying my money will be in my account after 24 hours or less than that. To cut a story shot, my money is not yet refunded even today. This are the ******** and i will never trust them again and i will not even advice any one to trust this *********. Am going to escalate this matter to the institutions that govern the Banks (Ombudsman) if they dont refund my money today.
