******

In 2017 I took out a 3 year motorway service plan for my vehicle. On the 20th of July 2017, I recieved an inception letter which clearly states that the expiry date will be the 13th of June 2020.

This morning however, I recieved an email telling me my policy has expired. I called your customer care line to confirm this and they say that on their system, it was recorded to be for 24 months. It's mind boggling to me how I agreed to one thing and recieved a letter from you to this effect, and then two years down the line Wesbank states something different.

I spoke to Linda and asked if I can forward her the inception letter, and she advised that I'd have to send it to your general service email. So even though se wanted to help, she basically couldn't.

To think I just took out a mechanical part warranty with you scares me. I can only pray that all is in order there.

Could this be sorted out soon because my car will be due for service in the next 2 months and I certainly will not be paying for it for my pocket when I am paying for a policy already!
