Credit profile dented because of Wesbank

I finished paying off my Wesbank debt in 2014 and it is now 2015 but all credit providers that I go to for financial assistance are telling me that Wesbank did not update my credit profile with the credit bureau<br> <br> I really am embarrassed at Wesbank for not taking me serious and causing such an inconvenience especially when I do not owe anything to Wesbank. Worst of all I sent emails to Wesbank for the past 3 days no one from Wesbank responds to my emails its like falling on deaf ears<br> <br> I think the service is really pathetic from Wesbank<br> <br> Regards<br> Peter Hlalele
