Credit Life Insurance Claim

I am trying to submit a formal Credit Life Insurance Claim following my retrenchment in January. This is a benefit I pay for under Part C of my contract.

Official email addresses listed on Google for claims are bouncing as "Address Rejected."

Direct emails to Colserve (Ester Dyasi/Bank Assist) are also bouncing.Who exactly do i submit my claim to????

Your official WhatsApp line is not responding.I ran out of airtime waiting and waiting. You have been taking money for this why must I not get help and feedback on how to submit this claim??? Because your systems are failing, your recovery team (SRU Tactical) is currently targeting my vehicle, stopping it on tbe road while my claim sits in limbo. I need a Claims Manager to contact me immediately to receive my documents and provide a Claim Reference Number.If I do not get this call TODAY or a direct working email to submit my claim i am escalating this further .
