Credit despute

I app**** for finance with a good credit score. Their system wasnt updated with my work info there fault. And declined me. So I had to show them proof of my work. Then they app**** again still didnt update the system after the third time they had all the info and decline me again because now my credit score is too low that they caused but I must just accept it and have a bad credit score now. I have R6000 a month to pay a loan but because of them I cant even get a loan that cost me R3000. Not happy and I bank with FNB Great service guys you are the best gaining customers but no service value.
