COVID - Wesbank slaps Court order to repossess vehicle but not assisting in payment plan.

During Covid last year Wesbank did nothing to assist in payment relief. Feb 2021 the gave my mother a 72 year old over to Recovery companies for a lousy outstanding balloon payment.

They threatened and insulted my mother.

The outstanding amount today is R29 000 and she is being issued with a Court order -

NO ONE wants to assist as she can pay the remaining amount but they want the vehicle. she is also flagged that ALL the recovery companies across SA can threaten her. I have emails requesting assistance to WESBANK and all recovery companies but they say sorry they not helping.

the Recovery companies states in the files given to bank that we are hiding vehicle and lying and dont want to work together with the Bank.
