Covid 19 relief extention
I have received a payment relief for 3 months ,and it ended in August .I contacted the bank to inform them that my financial situation has not changed due to the covid 19 pandemic and I need 3 more month payment relief . Wesbank responded after 5 days that they no longer give payment relief , instead they offer me a payment agreement witch will put me in a worse situation. All Banks are offering more payment extensions as many South Africans are still in a negative financial situation , hence Government suggested that the Banks should assist their clients with 6 months payment relief . I know there must be many Wesbank clients that are in the same situation like me . I want South African to know that Wesbank does not care about their clients and does not have any sympathy. They would rather have the cars repossessed and auctioned and put South Africans in a worst financial position .
