COVID-19 Pandemeia - Wesbank - IT EXISTS!!!

I am in the Aviation industry and as such have been economically hard hit by the effects of COVID 19. I have been earning less than 20 % of my salary since June 2020. All this was proved to Wesbank with official company letters, yet they refused to even look at the proposal I put forward to them without providing a reason for their refusal. They want to repossess the vehicle that I have been diligently payin for from 2017 without any hint of remorse for the Worldwide Pandemic that we are all experienceing. It is absolutely disgusting that a bank provides such lack of understanding without any remorse for people. Never again will I recommend them in the future, I have nothing nice to say about how they have handeled my situation. I was open and honest and maybe thats the mistake I made!!!

Even though Wesbank has rep**** to my post here... The reply has changed nothing. A friendly consultant called me and offered exactly the same unacceptable deal as had been previously made. It is very clear to me that Wesbank are not prepared to assist their clients in these dificult times. The do put their profits ahead of everything else. Wesbank does not recognise the difficulties brought upon us by the economic devastation caused by the Worldwide Pandemic. To be honest their communications with me is a form of "telling me to go to hell in such a way that I look forward to the trip". In conclusion, although they respond to the posts here, it is the content of their response that must be evaluated and not the mere fact that they have responded.
