Cout order for account ***

On the 02 May 2017 I reciceved an email from Ernalize Gunter of Wesbank legal department. She demanded that I settle my arrears immidiately or elase a legal action was to be granted against me. I tried to negotiate with her to settle my arrears amount in installments and she refused to grant me that opportunity and advised me that they will then proceed with the legal route on the matter.

I then recieved a call few weeks after from Tshime Masilo ( field agent of Wesbank) advising me that he was instructed to collect the car. I asked him what I need to do to avoid this action he then told me I will need to settle my arrears by end of May 2017 in order the matter not to be taken to the Sherriff. I then made two payments on the 30th and 31st of May to the value of R18 000.00 whereby I was owing R17 730.53. I then sent the proof of payments to Mr Masilo who then confirmed the payments that were done in an email (I have proof of this). Unfortunately my agreement with Mr Masilo was verbal and I was communicating with him via his cell phone number as he is a field agent.

Last Friday on the 11 August 2017 to my surprise I have been told that the sherriff is looking for me to get the car. I have contacted Mr Masilo who then told me that he did update my payments to the system but he suspects that Ernalize continued with the court order application even me honoring the agreement. I am now told by Ernalize that the court order can not be reversed my contract with Wesbank has been terminated and I need to bring back the car even when I am proposing an ammicable solution to Wesbank as I need the car and I have also fixed my financial situation I was in.

No one is willing to assist me about this matter all they want is the car which I am willing to continue paying without any defaults.

I am a very disruntled Wesbank customer I belive they do not care about the wellbeing of their customers but their business.
