Continues DCA charges!!!
Well Wesbank now charges DCA commission when you pay 2 days late INCLUDING additional interest? On my husband's account it has been R2000.00 over a period of 4 months and no one can get it sorted. Today, on my account, also suddenly and amount of R180. <br> <br> Honestly Wesbank, are you not making enough money on interest than to deviously charge ridiculous unauthorized charges?

Thank you for raising your concerns once again and in response thereto, we wish to highlight the following conditions of the Agreement:
16. Costs and Fees
16.3 You will also be liable for the default administration and collection costs arising from your failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and for legal costs and collection commission on all payments made by you if the matter is referred to an external debt collection company or attorney. Default administration costs will be charged for every necessary letter that we address to you at the rate of the undefended tariff set out in the Magistrate's Courts Act 32 of 1944, plus the cost of postage or delivery, and collection costs will be limited to the amounts incurred by us in the collection of amounts due to us under the Agreement as set out in Chapter 6, Part C of the Act.
With this in mind, you have indeed enlisted and agreed to the costs app**** by Collections Solutions when you entered into the credit Agreement because these are only charged as a result of the breach of contract and are also in accordance with the Debt Collectors Act (DCA).
We trust that this is in order.
