Confused

Good day<br> I am a platinum acc holder with FNB I have been trying to apply for vehicle finance but always been declined and they tell me to build my credit profile for 6 - 12 mths for the past year I got this response. I have paid all outstandings and closed off unnecessary accounts I pulled my transunion score was now at 730 a big jump from where I was and wesbank need about 830 points but when I asked them they said my points are at 350 , but how when transunion says 730 unless wesbank has a different scoring I dont know about please enlighten me on your tool and what I need to do to get to 830 clearly the trans one I was busy with for the whole year is useless in your own systems I need a clear explanation not a generic one I am tired if being given generic responses as a client of FNB I feel I deserve your assistance with regards to obtaining vehicle finance and a clear plan on how to get to qualify .
