Compliance

I received a text message from Wesbank stating that since i have failed to comply with the insurance they require for my vehicle, they will add insurance to my policy. They state they have made multiple attempts to contact me, which is a lie. I only received 2 text messages and no phone calls. So i mailed through my insurance policy happily as i know i am compliant, however they state this is not enough and i have to email my ID number to them, how ridiculous and unsafe is it to send over email which can be intercepted or if picked up can be used for *****. I have provided my vehicle registration through because Wesbank has not sent through the contract to me even asking after 2 times as I dont have a hardcopy or a softcopy, so i cannot provide my policy number. I tried calling the number and there was no answer. I have mailed through the email provided, which was wrong as well, and yet the attitude and reaction from Wesbank is treating me like the **** of the earth. I have been compliant from day one and i have never missed a payment, yet i get such service, I will never use Wesbank again or recommend it. I have also put a debit order stop until this is resolved correctly
