Complaint

I have been trying to ask for help since last year from wesbank to renew the disc for the car that i have that is financed by them and still under finance. I have paid a lot of money taking the car for road worthy test in December 22nd 2017 then waited for too long to get the car registered under my name as the registered owner and Wesbank as the registered Title holder. Now after the sent the papers to me via email I went to the traffic department but they said the Roadworthy that was done late December is no longer valid because according to them it valid for only 2 months. I still have not renewed my disc and it has been too long and I don't have money to do another roadworthy test on the other hand I have a huge amount to pay for the penalties accumulated in the process which it was not my fault.
