Communication in bad faith

I have leased a vehicle from wesbank, it comes with comprehensive insurance, on the 24th November 2023 my vehicle would not start and it was towed to BMW dealership, upon diagnosis it was found to have its wires chewed by rodents, which prompted me to make a claim on the insurance , upon making a claim I was sent from pillar to post by their insurer until they only approved my claim on the 4th January 2024,upon approving my claim they took back the courtesy vehicle on the 12th January 2024. I had faith my vehicle would be repaired by then because the insurer paid the money to fnb(wesbank) as their client and my excess was R4000. To my surprise 2 weeks passed with no communication. Only upon my enquiry I was told by Cameron Clark a sales operations manager for rentals that my vehicle was not yet repaired, to my surprise he said he was waiting for me to pay the excess. I told him I had assumed the excess would be required when I collect my vehicle like it is normally the case in insurance claims, on the 31st January 2024 I paid the R4000 for excess . Cameron Clark continued to communicate in bad faith, either ignoring my emails or threatening me with legal action. On the 6th February 2024 I received a call from the repairer saying my vehicle was repaired and they were waiting for wesbank to settle the invoice, to my surprise Cameron Clark only sent through a request for payment on Thursday 8th February and said the payment would take 2 working days. To which I complained about his delaying tactics and frustration he is causing me and how I have to make other means of transport for me an my family which is also costing me an arm and leg financially. Cameron Clark continued to delay, frustrate me and ignore my emails and the alternative person (Sue Lourens) I could communicate with to speed up the process was at a conference as her email automate response said. So it seems that Cameron Clarke was intentionally frustrating me to a point that I would want to terminate the contract. As I write this review Cameron Clarke is still ignoring my emails and I have no idea when or if I will ever get my vehicle back, which I have been paying for over 2 years and left with only 36 months to settle. I have informed him I have began seeking legal advice in terms of the Consumer protection act.
