Colserve - poor communication

My review is for Colserve not Wesbank. I was told that there is a credit due on my account due to a faulty charge. I am not getting any response from Zandile. Phone just rings and no answer to my emails. This has been going on for nearly a month now. Received one poorly typed email after my previous hello peter review but nothing since. I really would like to be refunded now
