Collection Fee Overcharge

<p>I just went through my car statement, to my suprise I find that I have been charged collection after i have settle my account, I made payment on the 26th of January, received a call the next day saying my account is in arrears, I then told the lady that I have paid everything that was due, she then appologized that their system has not updated, to my surprise I then realized today that I was charged R400 for that unnecessary call, can you please assist ACC: ********** 5135</p> <p> </p>
