Collecting debit orders from settled account
Terrible customer service. I paid the settlement amount in full on the 5th of December. A consultant confirmed via email on the 7th that the amount has been received and that debit orders have been cancelled. I have been trying to get my NaTIS documents since almost the same time. This morning I woke up to see that the debit orders have not been cancelled as they collected the amount from my account despite the account being settled in full. After waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes with no help what so ever. Do not finance your car through Wesbank. Quick to sign you up and take your money and then drag their feet once you have settled. I would give 0 stars if I could.
