Clueless bank that will make your live even more difficult than it already is.

I closed a loan account with Wesbank weeks ago, but the loan installment keeps going off my account. When I call the support phone number I'm put on hold for 15 min, and then get cut off. I've left a complaint on their website with no luck! They have become a real headache. Nobody needs this extra nonsense and stress in their lives!
