Close my loan account and refund me
It has been over 2 weeks since i settled my loan with Wesbank Cash Power loan but my account is still open and no refund has been made. I called them several times and all of them they tell me different stories. I am ****ed now because all i want is for them to close my account and refund what is due to me before they charge me for the next month. Money is reflecting on their system but they do not want to just close my account mxm which i do not understand why ...... I have sent them everything they need but someone does not want to do their job which is ****ing me off.

30 Aug 2021, 10:49Last week you said the same thing but the issue is still not resolved. Someone is not doing their work and its really tiring and costly because i use my airtime to call your call center which i always have to wait to be answered.
