A couple of weeks ago, I was disgruntled with the appalling service that I received from WesBank and their Debt Review division. As I have been a fan of Hellopeter for a while now, I suddenly came to my senses and sent a review that was attended to within 24 hours.

As much as I cannot see myself doing business with Wesbank, it will be very unfair and inconsiderate not to mention Clara Harvie, Service Resolution Consultant. She managed to put herself in my tiny shoes and managed to resolve my dilemma in the shortest time possible. In that very short time, it felt like I was featuring in an insurance commercial, as she held my hand every step of the way. South Africa is in dire need of individuals like you who are prepared to go beyond their call of duty to ensure Customers needs are prioritized.
