Claims Period longer than Stipulated/Interogated

Im sending this complaint out of frustration, in October 2015 my partners vehicle financed by Wesbank got involved in a accident&burn finished. My partner didnt hv comprehensive cover but ODP insurance active.The claim assessor/investigator named Kevin, has been sending us frm pillar2post&being patient with him but the way he is doing things is OUT OF HAND. This has been going on since October 2015 til2dy the claim is still pending wereas al docs required hV been forwarded2him.What upsets us is the wy he handles the case,2day he promises to finalise the claim, then following week call us&request other documents,4 a investigator who has been dealing with scuh incidents he is suppose to know documents will be required2 submit claim.i have exhausted almeasures&want Wesbank to intervene, i find it very unfair to be treated in such a manner.I reference what Wesbank is saying about ODP policy on their website: <br> How will the Outstanding Debt Policy benefit me?In cases where your vehicle is written-off or ******, the policy pays the Bank the outstanding debt owing.This means you don`t have to pay for a vehicle you no longer have. someone from Wesbank call us,the situation is very strESSIN
