Christmas 2021 will be here before Wesbank SME gets back to me

Closing to the end of my contract, I found that Wesbank became a savage beast and now really unhelpful since they took off debit orders they were never meant to. Prior to the conclusion of my term with them, I started getting called non-stop and emailed about my balloon payment. In spite of advising that this would be paid at the close of my contract, they decided to ignore me, not believe and keep phoning me to refinance.

So I paid the balloon payment. On my last official payment for the car, they took off just short 3 times my premium, their excuse - I had a shock absorber built into my contract. I read my contract and lo and behold, nothing of the sort. Then after I paid my balloon payment, Wesbank decided it wasn't done with me and took off another payment out of my account.

So I logged a complaint and investigation was requested. A SME was to call back and discuss with me this whole thing after 48-72 hours later. 4 days after I logged the call, IU had to call back to find out that all of a sudden, they were phoning the wrong number, a landline number for a province I have NEVER lived in, so where they got the number from I do not know. I was told I would get a call. 4 days later I called back again, and was told the SME expert would get back to. Well so is Christmas 2021 and I think it will get to me before they do. As a result, this whole process of getting my paperwork is now bogged down in the ground because apparently they can only deal with one thing at a time.

I have kept my end of the contract, Wesbank obviously do not not know how to do the same.
