Choose a different financer. No to Wesbank

They “offer” financing. You submit your documents. They confirmm all is in order. 2 weeks later, no finance received. Apparently all documents are not in order. They never get back to you. YOU have to contact them to ask WHY the delay. THEN they inform you the documents are not correct. Meanwhile, they DID receive the documents, but forgot to submit them. They ignore your emails and phonecalls. The worst service ever. I worked with Claudia Louw.
