Chasing away clients
Yesterday I called requesting a letter confirming my account standing but I still have not received any correspondence from Wesbank. I'm in the process of trading in my car and taking another one. All banks have approved except for them, which i find funny as they are the ones requiring the same letter of account standing. It is clear they are no longer interested in me as a client.
