Charge for delivery no delivery done. RELUCTANT

I bought vehicle from Frank Vos Robertson Westbank finance me. I later discovered I was charged for car delivery and service +-R5200. I serviced the car and collected vehicle from dealership. The price excluded OTR the car have been tinted. I was charged for extras and other extras. I was charged for tint that was on the car when it was advertised. ELIZE FOURIR said they will close my file after I reported *****. I BELIEVE THAT CLAIMING FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED IS A CRIME. HOW CAN FNE BE SO RELUCTANT ABOUT SUCH SERIOUS COMPLAINT. ELIZE FOURIE SAID THEY DID RESPOND THEY WILL CLOSE FILE. NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT MONEY WERE NOT REFUNDED. How can Westbank ignore this complaint? This really speaks volumes about the abilities and competence of a person. They only their to earn a salary of rende a service. THEY DONT CAR IF CLIENT IS HAPPY OR JUSTICE IS SERVED. I THOUGHT THIS NEGATIVE REVIEWS I SAW PEOPLE EXAGGERATING.
