Chaos at Wesbank

Just over two weeks ago I visited FNB in Harties to get n settlement figure on my car. They called and got me the amount. The money had to be paid by the 30th. I settled the amount on the 21st and again visited the branch to ensure all is fine. The called and was informed it was done the documents would be sent and the vehicle would have to be transferred to my name within 21 days after receipt. Now to my utter amazement I tester day received a statement indicating the settlement amount as a deposit and next installment due as per normal. How completely messed up is Wesbank to now deal with basic matters in a proper manner!
