It simply means i cant because i am currently busy you dont have to insinuate that i dont want to talk with you because that is not the case. As I explained to him our accounts is in arrears because of load shedding so we are working as hard as we can to get it resolved he also made it very clear that that is not his problem nor is ESKOM. Yes i understand its not your problem and load shedding is also not my problem but it became my problem with out me choosing that!
