Change of ownership

Hi. I made the settlement payment for my vehicle on 1 March 2023. I also payed the R362 for the cost to transfer the vehicle onto my name and deliver the paperwork to me.

I did a follow up today, just to hear that they did not link the payment of R362 to my account and that Wesbank have not even started with the process to put the vehicle onto my name.

How is this possible? Its now 11 working days after I made the payment, I should have received my paperwork this week already. No body at Wesbank even followed up with me in the last 2 weeks. When will the change of ownership be done? When will I receive my paperwork?

Please urgently assist to get the paperwork done and delivered to me.
