change of engine number
<p>i just wanted to know what process needs to be followed to replace my cars engine. my lawyer advised me to get permission first from wesbank as the engine number would change, i tried contacting wesbank but was send from pillar to post. Also i wanna know if i can sell the car back to westbank as a non-runner, i tried everything i could do for the past three months, my motor plan doesnt wanna replace the engine, my insuarance at the time anderson insuarance has since been liquidated. please help</p>

thanks for the letter, well i am still car less as i cant get funds to replace the engine which is pretty expensive, i believe wesbank can please help me in this regard, together with cash power that bombards me will letters to apply for a loan and turn me down everytime. i even have their black card. my situation is quiet desperate. please help me out, i kept my fair share of the dealing by paying every month for an immobile car.
