CHANGE OF CONTRACT

I bought Volvo XC60 from Kondakov Cars, upon inspection we found some issues to be attended to first before we can sign the deal, they called us and said all the issues had been attended to and we then signed the deal and the car was delivered in Durban and the salesman who delivered the car rushed to airport without allowing me to inspect the car properly, I discovered that all the issues we raised were not attended to, the windscreen blower is not working which makes it very difficult to drive it on rainy or misty condition, bonnet not closing properly, cigarette light not working. This is despite the fact that it was advertised as if it is on full service history but there is no service book , still showing engine service due, we took it to an auto electrician and cigarette light and hazards were attended to. As I was driving it on Saturday its fan belt broke and was towed from UMzimkhulu to Pietermaritzburg where I was attending funeral. The Car is a total misery to me and seemingly it is going to come up with so many surprises. I want it to be changed immediately and I will buy another XC60 which is much better than this one and very reasonable on price.
