Certificate of my car from WesbankSA

I am Howard Mandlenkosi Gouws and I have been longing to receive my light motor vehicle certificate from WesbankSA and up until now I am struggling to get hold of them, as their offices aren't in the FNB branches but mainly on the cities.

I found it strange though because I personally struggled to get to them.

The vehicle was paid off long time ago but the purchase of the vehicle was in 2007.

I am asking for help to receive my light motor vehicle certificate from WesbankSA, for me to deregister my vehicle as it's costing me to pay license on my name yearly. Please WesbankSA help me with my car certificate and make life easy for me.
