CARELESSNESS WITH CLEINTS
Wesbank consultants can be such a pain when your going through a raff patch, for the mere fact that I missed a payment in December last, they had the nerve to deduct from my account twice an amount of R11400.00, you call them trying to make them aware that on the 15th wesbank deducted R11 400. 00 (R5700) x 2 they tell you that you should wait for 48 hours, remember I am flat broke at that time but still I wait.
it was Wednesday, I decided to send them an email clearly stating what happened and even attach my bank statement, they decide to respond the following day midday asking what is the nature of my query, remember I stated everything on my email and yet I'm still asked what is the nature of my query, I rep**** that they deducted twice on my account therefore I request a refund.
on the 17th they send me an email saying my refund was paid and I should allow 5-7 working days for it to reflect, but a whole week passed by and no money in my account, I called them again on Tuesday the 29th, they tell me that my refund was processed on the 28th but guess what; they had deducted from that amount of R5700 the amount for my next instalment which is R2850, when I ask they tell me that my account was not paid in December so they settled themselves with my money.
remember the registration in unisa closes on 24th Jan 2020, I had to pay registration fee and I told them on my email that I had to pay registration fee but it meant nothing to them, to make things worse whoever who processed my refund decided not to use the bank details on the statement that I send as proof of two debits but instead decided to use the capitec account which I closed June 2018, now I have to go to capitec to ask for proof of closure of account and send it to wesbank and wait again for them to-do their verifications which they CLEARLY FAILED TO DO WHEN PAYING TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT, do they know how much I'm struggling right now, this car that they have paid themselves with my money who will fill up the petrol? what do I eat? how do I survive?
WESBANK YOU HAVE FAILED ME AS YOUR CLIENT I DESPISE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU I WISH MY CONTRACT WAS CLOSE TO END
