car written off still awaiting wesbank

I was involved in a car accident on the 05 July 2015 and my car was written off, my insurance paid out d claim on the 22nd July 2015, I also had a shortfall insurance with Regent, after miway paid out d claim I then askd wesbank wat was next I ws told they will take care of everything. A month later no communication from wesbank I called and only then I was informed I needed to submit loss of property and Regent paid half of the outstanding amount and they said Wesbank will get refund for warranty from the dealer, I've been contacting wesbank every time I get different answers and dive been told that there is interest accumulating. worst part I tried to apply for car finance with them and was declined because I can't afford 2 instalments . Wesbank call center agents makes promises and they always pass the bug to someone else.3 months later still no way forward. yo service sucks
