Car surrender and appalling service
The horrible service provided by Wes banks consultant Thobeka Mthi is appalling. The black on black service is disrespectful and needs to be addressed. How people are treated differently due to their race and social class is disgusting. Can someone advise on why the car was not taken after surrendering it over a month ago
