Car repossession

I have been paying my financed car with wesbank for about 3 years and during the lock down about 5 months I didn't pay.when I received a call from wesbank I spoke with a guy and he wanted to make arrangements I said he must give me his email address and send him the letter of arrangements and the email bouned back to me then they called me and told me how much is my arrears and wen I want to pay the arrears they telling me about legal fees and towing fees cause they reposses the car now I have the money for the arrears not the legal fees.
