Car repossessed while on debt review

Our company was liquidated in August 2017. Sent all documents through to my debt counsellor but she did nothing to protect me...Did not get paid until December when my pension was paid out. Try to pay the outstanding amount but the lawyer told us it's not a good idea because the bank already decided to repossessed the car.The sheriff collect the car, Friday the 12 of January. Can I still fight to get my car back..I'm willing to pay the the amount in arrears.The bank wants a settlement amount..I'm under debt review, what bank will borrow me money? Please help...what to do...
