Car repossessed and I comp**** with everything the requested from me from day one. They failed to play their part in accommodating me as their customer.

My car got repossessed on the 5 Feb 2018 and I paid all the money owed with additional costs( storage and driver fee) on 6 Feb. I submitted the proof of payment on 7 Feb. They quick to repossess the but they delayed releasing the car and still expect me to pay it come month end. The car that I didn't use for almost 7days. Their consultant have some attitude as well, Phillip Mmamabolo. I called him today that I needed to collect the car today and to no avail on the emails and telephonically. And I'm expected to fetch the car when it suits them.
